What is REALIGN?
The REALIGN Class is a revolutionary financial curriculum that is not simply about getting your finances in order by getting on a budget and getting out of debt, but about getting our relationships with God, ourselves and others back on track so that we can manage our money better for a greater impact! The power of this class is that God is brought into every financial decision as we learn to say yes to His plans instead of living for ourselves.

How is the Class Structured?
There are 8 class lessons that build upon one another.
The class is broken up into two main sections: video teachings and small group discussion.
The class is structured for 90-minutes, but can be adjusted as needed. It is led by a Class Leader who's main job is to create a welcoming environment for people to learn and stay motivated to apply the DVD teachings.

What is Each Lesson About?
Lesson 1 – Introduction and Foundations
- In order to understand how to realign our financial lives, we must first know what caused us to get here in the first place and what we must align ourselves to. Trust is the foundation of our lives and determines the trajectory of our decisions.
- Our daily thoughts directly impact our actions. We must change our beliefs about God, ourselves and money in order to change our financial actions.
- We’ve each been created with a unique way to see and manage money. Whether you are single or married, you must understand how you have been created and what it looks like to manage your resources in light of your money personality.
- God has created work with a purpose and we must learn what it means to work with excellence, while doing something we love and learning to rest consistently.
- In this lesson we discuss the practicals of how to create a spending plan and actually stick to it!
- The power to accomplish the dreams God has planted inside of you is found in remaining focused by developing a heart that is content with the place and provision that God has given you.
- In this lesson we teach you what it takes to get out of debt and stay out!
- This is the capstone lesson where you will learn what you can do with your resources if you allow them to flow.

Josh and Jenny Lawson created the REALIGN class with a passion to see people’s identity, purpose and relationships restored by realigning their hearts to God’s purposes.
Over the past several years, they have taught the Realign principles to businesses, non-profits, and churches around the world. During that time they have counseled thousands of people who have been able to pay off millions in debt. But more than paying off debt, many of these people have a greater sense of peace and purpose!
Josh serves as Director of Community Engagement at Antioch Community Church in Waco, Texas, where he oversees the Financial Restoration Ministry. He is the author of Don't Get Suckered: How to Survive College Debt Free... and with Your Shirt.
Josh and Jenny currently reside in Waco, where they raise their two boys, Asher and Jack.
